This is how I learn new chord.
After I position my fingers, I take my hand off the fret board. Immediately I put my fingers back to play that chord.
I do this about 10 to 20 times, it make it easy for me to remember my figering position right away and get comfortable not strugler.
When you feel burned on your left forearm and left hand's fingers. Try play a little bit longer, than rest for a few seconds but get right back to practice.
As your muscles are warmed and more flexible, this is the time you really train yourself to be able to play longer than before.
Keep on forcing yourself to play longer than last time is the goal.
