We have a rehearsing room for your band in a secure building 50 x 30 that is a 1500 sqt sound proof, with aircondition and heating.

The building is located on more than 1/2 arce of land in a commercial zone, far away from other business and residential areas, also has shower for your convienience.

It also has a awesome lake view and plenty of parking spaces and all secure by fence and arlarms.

Wireless internet access is also include for you to use.

a 30 feet Rv on premisis sleeps six just in case you decide to stay overnight.

Minimum of 2 hours is required.
Bring your own equipments $40.00 for the first two hours. $25.00 for each additional hour.

24 hours rental will have acces to the RV and will cost you $200.00.
